Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Bloom Design House order, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, here’s how our returns and refunds work. This policy follows UK consumer law, but is written in plain English so it’s easy to follow. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning Your Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
To arrange a return, please get in touch with us using the Contact Bloom form, making sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a fully resaleable condition. If items are returned used, damaged, marked, or otherwise not fit for resale, we will be unable to process a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because they’re made just for you, we can’t accept returns on: Personalised items Custom-made products This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
The only exception is if your item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it is in resaleable condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used to place your order. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the process.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via the Contact Bloom form. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with either a replacement or a full refund.
